Manoli Aerakis | Director
Manoli didn’t follow the traditional accountant career path. Coming from a banking background, Manoli had a vision to create New Zealand’s leading advisory-focused accounting firm. In 2017 Manoli established Malloch McClean Tasman, one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing accounting firms. Now in 2023, Malloch McClean Tasman is a multi-award-winning firm with a team of 20 talented people, delivering high-value advisory services to businesses throughout New Zealand.
In addition to his role as CEO of Malloch McClean Tasman, Manoli is a director of My Firm Broker, a business brokering company focused on helping accounting firm owners achieve their succession/exit goals, and a member of the Xero Partner Advisory Council.
In 2023, Manoli was announced as a finalist for the Gap Champion Award at the 2023 Gap Reunion Awards.

Michael Parker | Director
Michael co-founded an award-winning startup accounting firm called Crux back in 2018. Crux was built from the ground up, growing to a team of 9 with a client base of just under $1m before merging with Malloch McClean Tasman in 2023. Having gone through the process of building a firm from scratch, Michael understands the highs and lows of the journey and the common pitfalls that most “accountrepreneurs” face.
In addition to his role as a Director of Malloch McClean Tasman, Michael was recently elected as a Regional Councillor for CA ANZ.

We work with anyone who has a leadership role in the business to help them implement change – from Owner-Operators and Managers to CEOs.

Four quarterly one-day sessions. Most sessions are designed to cover topic requests that each business is asked to submit prior to each workshop. Sessions are therefore tailored to each firm’s requirements and expertly facilitated using actionable frameworks and peer group coaching.

During every workshop, you will be required to agree an action plan that you will implement between sessions. With the support of your facilitator and peers, you’ll identify the three most important things to complete between meetings to achieve results. Your facilitator and peer group will review your progress during each workshop to keep you accountable and discuss best practices.

Yes, if not more. Working as part of a group is a fun and effective way to hold each other accountable, share experiences and battle plans and learn from each other’s successes. You’ll develop supportive relationships with a network of like-minded individuals that can extend beyond the programme and into your working lives.

Programme payments are invoiced monthly for a minimum 12 month term. We operate this way as most firms extend their membership beyond the year to continue their important work with us. The first payment is required as a deposit following our initial call to secure your place. You will receive your next invoice the second month into the programme. We will contact you nearing the completion of the 12 month term to confirm if you would like to renew for another year.
