Parking

We have client car parking available along the West side of the building (where the ute is parked in this photo).

Arrival

When you arrive, one of our friendly staff will greet you at the entrance and show you to the meeting room. Please try to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the meeting.

 

OUR RICHMOND OFFICE

Location

Our Richmond Office is located at 12 John Wesley Lane in the Warring Carpark. We are on the top floor of the building shown in this photo. Our entrance is clearly marked with our branding.

Parking

There is ample free parking available in front of our building.

  • The Proactive Accouinting Meeting is an opportunity to explore how we can best help you. Usually, we would discuss:

    1. Your goals for your business and how you plan to achieve them.

    2. How your business goals tie in with your personal and lifestyle goals.

    3. Issues or challenges you’re facing in your business e.g. cashflow, growth, asset protection, profitability, or how you plan to exit or sell your business.

    4. How we can work with you to address these issues and plans.

    You’ll have the chance to request specific topics you’d like to discuss when completing the pre-work.

  • Completing pre-work helps to maximise your outcomes and value gained from this session. It helps ensure the meeting is productive and relevant to your individual circumstances

  • Please bring your IRD numbers for all entities we would be acting for. This will streamline our onboarding process.

    We’ll ask you to provide your latest financial statements and tax returns as part of the pre-work - but if you’re uncomfortable with this, it would be great if you could bring the documents to the meeting.

  • If we’re good fit, we’ll send you a proposal outlining our suggested services and fee structure.
